Chinese Cuisine Cookery-Meat diet (B-Level)

Level B Technician for Chinese Cuisine Cookery-Meat diet is a designation and honor for those who meet one of the below requirements: 

  1. Has completed the Level C Technician for Chinese Cuisine Cookery and complete one of our approved certification vocational training courses at least 800 hours, or has worked at the same or related to Food Baking industry fields for more than two years.
  2. Has completed the Level C Technician for Chinese Cuisine Cookery and senior high school degree.
