The certification of skills category communication technology(Telecommunication Outside Plant) of Class C is designed to meet one of these requirements:
Traditional telecommunication cable circuit configuration and distribution inside the buildings and the outside plant.

Familiar with the general supervised system engineering or the intelligence management of buildings.
